Xaverie Baxley-Hull earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1999. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Attorney Baxley-Hull  spent 2 years practicing at a defense firm in Florida and 13 years practicing at a defense firm in Texas focusing her attention on the defense of various product and equipment manufacturers, contractors and premise owners, representing these clients in general litigation, which included aspects of premises and product liability, trucking and transportation defense, international law, customs and foreign trade practices, along with toxic tort litigation.  Attorney Baxley-Hull is a member of The Virgin Islands Bar, The Florida Bar and State Bar of Texas.


She is a member of the Defense Research Institute, and the American Business Woman's Institute. While in Texas, she volunteered for the Houston Bar’s Annual Will-A-Thon, and served as a volunteer at Disaster Recovery Centers after several hurricanes devastated the South Texas area. Attorney Baxley-Hull plans to continue volunteering her services in the Virgin Islands.  Attorney Baxley-Hull is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Southern District of Texas.

Attorney Baxley-Hull’s practice will include all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including general liability, premises liability, as well as transactional and real estate, and representation of condominium associations and property management companies.
