Kimberly Cole

A native of Cooperstown, NY, Kimberly Cole began practicing law in the Virgin Islands in 1993. She was an associate with Dudley Topper and Feuerzeig specializing in corporate, banking, and real estate law. She then became an Assistant Attorney General working in the appellate division before moving to the U.S. Attorney’s Office civil litigation division.
Kimberly has appeared before the Virgin Islands Superior and Supreme Courts, the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Areas of Practice:
Kimberly represents clients in a broad range of areas including civil litigation, commercial transactions, employment, real estate, and banking.
Commitment:
During a hiatus from practicing law while raising two children, Kimberly taught Advanced Placement classes at Antilles School in U.S. Government and Politics, Comparative Government, and U.S. History, coached the Antilles School Moot Court Team and served as the advisor of the Student Council and Junior Statesman of America.
